Intercultural Executive Coach specializing in global business communication and interactionI am an executive coach with over 25 years of experience helping global leaders and global teams working across differences effectively and productively using difference as an asset rather than a barrier.

I began my corporate career assisting small and medium-sized German companies setting up subsidiaries in the Southern U.S. before founding my own consulting and coaching firm in 1990. I have helped develop intercultural competence in numerous organizations around the world including in North America, Asia and Europa working with individuals, groups and intact teams.

As an executive coach, I have worked with sales directors and key account managers in manufacturing environments as well as with senior vice-presidents and directors in drug safety and clinical development in the pharmaceutical industry among other industry sectors. I apply the intercultural lens whenever appropriate but also work with a number of other assessments and tools to help my clients achieve their desired coaching outcomes.

I offer a type of developmental coaching called Integral Coaching which takes into consideration not only who a person is as an individual (mind, body, emotion and spirit), but also their relationships with others and the physical domain they live in.

This type of developmental coaching is based on the premise that in order for someone to make a change, he or she must gradually develop new perspectives, new interpretations and new ways of behaving. I offer exercises, self-reflections and other activities for the client to engage in so he or she can practice these new ways of being and seeing the world.

Rate: $250-499 per hour
