Informed by my personal interest and training in fields including Positive Intelligence (PQ), Health & Wellness, and Money Coaching, I’m driven by the belief it is possible to design and sustain a successful professional working life that works in harmony with your personal well-being.

I am experienced at helping my coaching clients recognise the self-sabotaging beliefs and patterns of behaviour that may be holding them back, and enabling them to develop the mental fitness to establish new habits and actions that will better support them to achieve their goals.

I work with a wide range of individuals from a variety of organisations. Many of my coaching clients are professionals looking to take on a bigger/broader role or are at a transition point in their careers/lives seeking a new way forward.

My coaching style is often described as calm, clear, pragmatic and motivating.

Outside of work, I have two teenagers, two dogs, am learning to ride and enjoy gardening and yoga. I recently completed a wine diploma and can often be found sampling a glass or two in front of property programmes.
