I’ve changed careers frequently looking for the intersection of what I love, what the world needs, and what I am good at. In my journey, I found the support I needed along the way. Now, I support others on their journey to own their wholeness, beauty, and courage in their careers and lives.

As a coach, I bring my lived experience as a person of color, executive, scientist and yoga teacher. I show up ready to call out what needs to be said, truth-telling. Most importantly, I am your thought partner where we can safely explore what is most important to you.

I coach persons of multicultural backgrounds that are navigating the space of belonging in their lives and their work. You may be asking questions such as – What does it mean to have colonized and colonizer in our blood? How can we belong in a place that we were not born in? What does it mean to be uniquely ourselves and also interconnected with the universe? How can I remain true to myself in a culture that does not welcome the complexity of my being?

I use somatic tools to strengthen the mind-body-heart connection with the goal of tapping into your intuition and inherent power. I encourage the exploration of meaning from each emotion that arises so that you can take intentional action with the wisdom of your body, heart, and mind.


As your coach, I will create a safe space where you can explore beliefs, ideas, and dreams freely. My intention is to remind you that you are whole, resourceful, capable, and creative so that you feel confident in all that you choose.
