Industries include Telecom, Food and beverages, Internet, Direct to Home, and Non-Profit Organization.

Industry Experience
Her last Industry assignment was as General Manager, Business Transformation with Vodafone India. She was Business Partner to the Executive Committee for building process culture and re-engineering key processes across lines of business, products, functions and geographies and was also responsible for enhancing people capabilities to deliver process excellence.

Malini has designed and deployed service experience strategy across all operating units of Vodafone India, covering planning and review of performance and cost benchmarked to market.

She has managed large teams and subject matter experts while mentoring managers / experienced contributors to deliver timely and effective outcomes.
