Laurie is a Mentor Coach, program facilitator, and instructor for the University of California at Davis Coaching for Work and Life program. Laurie is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Laurie is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Trainer for the University of California at Davis Center for Human Services, and was the 2016 recipient of the UC Davis “Outstanding Service Award” for Inspiring a World of Learning.
