New Mindset + New Behavior = New Result Lee-Wen is an executive coach and former CFO of a Fortune Global 100 company. She specializes in working with C-Suite executives, senior managers, high potentials and leadership teams in global corporations, entrepreneurial ventures and non-profit organizations.
As an executive coach, Lee-Wen draws upon her extensive leadership experience, business acumen and intuitive insights. By zeroing in on the “right” questions, Lee-Wen is able to quickly get to the heart of issues. With professional experience extending across industries—Telecommunications, Technology, Transportations and Supply Chain Services—Lee-Wen has held financial roles of increasing responsibility over the last 30 years. Her experience includes senior leader positions at FedEx and NTT America where she led global expansions in more than 20 countries. In 2012, she became the first non-Japanese CFO in corporate history for NTT Communication (Nippon Telecommunications and Telephone, ranked #55 on Fortune Global 100 companies). She also served as a board member at NTT America and NTT Brazil.
She currently resides in New York City with her family. As a volunteer, Lee-Wen delivers leadership workshops to non-profit organizations and colleges with a focus on empowering young professionals to successfully tap into their cultural qualities as an asset in the global business world. She also delivers workshops to local business owners and those aspiring to pursue new ventures.
