I am a leadership, team, and organizational change coach. I understand the challenges that organizational leaders face because I have lived them.I run a company called Change Coaches. As a coach, I get below the surface with organizations to create revolutionary leadership development, highly effective teams, and accountable cultures of belonging. What differentiates me from other coaches is my background. Having spent time at a Big 5 consulting firm and as an HR executive, I understand the challenges that organizational leaders face. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are imbued in my work.

I mainly work with the following groups: C-Suite Executives, Executive Leaders, and CEOs. I work across industries but have deep experience in tech, professional services, and higher education.

My unique packages include assessments and are structured enough so it feels like a plan but also flexible enough so you can bring your own unique situations to our relationship. All my packages also include alignment meetings with other senior leaders.

Rate: $500-999 per hour
