Silja is an experienced coach with senior level business experience at CFO and CEO level + expertise in neurodivergence and mental health Silja has C-suite experience from a business career within large multi-national organisations, small and medium sized enterprises, and start ups, in the technology, utilities and infrastructure, transport, housing, design and education sectors.

Silja’s clients are senior professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs looking to move forward in their career and business life as well as professionals in transition or those looking to launch their career.

In addition, many clients are neurodivergent and are seeking to combine career, business and work coaching with neurodivergence related coaching including those seeking to incorporate ADHD coaching, autism coaching or dyslexia or dyscalculia coaching.

Silja also coaches parents of learners with additional needs aiming to balance their work and home lives, best support their child(ren), and care for their own wellbeing.

Silja’s approach to coaching is person-centred and focussed on what each client seeks to achieve from coaching with a coaching process that works for the client. The way of achieving goals and working with challenges and goals is co-created with each client based upon their profile, resources, and strengths.

Silja has a professional certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School, lived experience of neurodivergence, and training in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those with mental health related needs.

Silja sees clients globally across North America, Europe, and Australasia via video call and offers 45 minute and 1 hour or longer coaching sessions depending upon the client’s preference. Coaching frequencies are designed around what works best for the client and include weekly, every two weeks and monthly. Silja also offers co-coaching usually for colleagues and teams.
