Richard P. Feynman Frauke Lisa Seidensticker is a seasoned executive coach (PCC) and a senior expert in non-profit management with a strong track record in strategic governance, change management and institution-building. Today, she focuses on coaching executives and experts in the fields of human rights, development cooperation, and climate change. In her coaching, she builds on a simple and profound understanding of the human nature, building on a clear and quiet mind. She promotes this approach as a board member of the German branch of 3pgc.org (3pdach.org).
Holding university degrees in non-profit-management and human rights, she looks back to 30 years of successful leadership in human rights organizations, including the Management Board of the EU’s Fundamental Rights Agency in Vienna (Chairperson from 2015-17), the German Institute for Human Rights in Berlin (Executive Board from 2001-2010) and the Swiss Section of Amnesty International (1992-2001).
