I am bi-lingual life coach (English, Mandarin and Cantonese). I have over 10 years of Human Resources and leadership development experiences from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, a Laser-focused Coach graduated from the Life Coaching Group, and an Organizational Coach certified the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

I have over 10 years of experience in helping organizations develop talent and cultivate leadership. I have worked in large global companies: Avery Dennison (a US Fortune 500 manufacturer), Lidl (a German international supermarket chain), and Tencent (a leading Chinese multinational technology company). I have spent most of my professional life in Hong Kong, one of the most international cities in Asia. My multi-cultural exposure has extensively contributed to my communication style: inclusive, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive. Thus far, I have coached individuals from 4 continents across 13 countries. I deliver coaching sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

I see coaching as my calling instead of a job or career. Coaching allows me to align with my life purpose of helping individuals to be happier and more fulfilled by creating focus, growing consciousness, and taking ownership of their lives.

Coaching is a powerful way to help you understand yourself better, identify and overcome barriers to your goals, develop your career, expand your capacity as a leader, and ultimately allow you to feel more fulfilled and successful. My coach clients have various backgrounds. Some of them are corporate associates from high potentials to department heads/directors. Some are business owners or entrepreneurs. Some others are students or recent graduates. I provide 1-on-1 coaching sessions with private and corporate clients.
