Hamid Naseem has over 23 years of working in different management positions in leading hospitality luxury and lifestyle brands in locations as diversified from New York to Tokyo, Hong Kong to China. He has extensive experience in managing and leading teams with diversity, inclusion and multi-cultural backgrounds. Hamid has an extensive educational background from Switzerland, after graduating in Hospitality Industry and earning Diplomas from Cesar Ritz and EHL, he went on to pursue his B.A in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Washington State University. He also did his Masters in Revenue Management from New York University. After being in the Hospitality Industry for over two decades, Hamid took on coaching and has been certified by Gall Up Strength Finder Coach, Emotional Intelligence from Six Seconds, Team Coaching from Brown University and a certified ACC coach from International Coaching Federation and Certification of ACTP from Holding Space Coaching.

The calling in coaching came intrinsically as with over the two decades in the different management positions and working in different geographic locations, emphasis was focused on mentoring or giving feedback but not on exploring one’s capabilities and expanding thoughts.
