After a decade in the corporate world, including consulting for Fortune 500 companies and international development organizations, I went through significant changes and experienced burnout. This led me to study complexity, resilience, and the factors that make work meaningful, and I ultimately shifted my career to coaching.

I love coaching professionals at various stages of their careers and facilitating small groups. I’ve helped clients gain career clarity, increase agility and resilience, navigate transitions, manage stress and complexity, develop leadership skills, master diffiicult conversations, and achieve a greater sense of purpose at work. I’ve worked with professionals across the globe in diverse fields including finance, consulting, consumer goods, international development, IT, education, manufacturing, and business services.

I hold a master’s degree from Harvard and hold various certifications including Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach,ACC (ICF), Happiness at Work (Berkeley University), Mindfulness, Wellness, and Somatic Coaching, among others.
