Bruce Sandy is a certified coach and consultant with over 30 years of experience as a coach, consultant, senior executive, recruiter and trainer. He works with Board members, executives, managers, teams, groups, professionals and couples who want more out of their organizations, careers, and relationships. He helps leaders and organizations reach their full potential.

Bruce provides a variety of services including executive coaching, career coaching, relationship and organizational systems coaching, conflict resolution coaching, facilitation, leadership and team assessments, and leadership and team coaching, ADHD coaching, Board and executive development, strategic planning, executive recruitment and training. He has worked with executives, leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs throughout North America, the U.K., Europe, Australia and around the world.

Bruce is the founder and principal of Pathfinder Coaching and Consulting. Bruce is a certified coach and a mentor coach with the International Coach Federation. He is a founding director and former executive Board member of the Vancouver Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Bruce is a certified executive, career, ADHD and relationship and organizational systems coach. He has coaching, assessment, and leadership training from the Coaches Training Institute, The Centre for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, Learning in Action (Emotional Intelligence), ADD Coach Academy, LEADS, the Leadership Circle Profile and the Newfield Network. Bruce holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Health Services Administration from Dalhousie University. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia. Bruce is an executive coach for a number of executive MBA programs such as the Sauder School of Business at UBC and The University of Alberta.
