With years of experience in the corporate world, as an entrepreneur, and as a parent, I bring a wealth of compassion and insight to coaching.

Clients often come to me at moments of transition, when making headway on big goals can be difficult. My role as a Certified Coach is to be a reflective thinking partner to help you approach challenges with curiosity and accountability. When we are guided by your values, build on your strengths, and are aware of your supports, we uncover how capable you are in reaching your goals.

Many of my clients are impacted by neurodiversity, and my goal is to help them learn what works for them and utilize their many strengths. I am amazed at the profound impact coaching can have on people’s lives, especially when they see how truly capable they are.

I am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Organizer Coach through the Institute of Applied Coaching, and a longtime member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). Being a member of these organizations gives me access to continuing education and resources within the fields of coaching, productivity, and organizing. I am continually learning from — and engaging with — my colleagues, which helps me to better serve my clients.
