As an ICF certified coach, Organizational Development consultant, instructional designer, and facilitator, I help my clients find the solutions to their challenges and bring people together. I seek to make an impact on individuals, teams, and organizations, and this drives me to create opportunities for success. I find purpose and satisfaction through empowering people to realize their greatest potential. I also take pride in seeing a team come together to accomplish a goal, facilitating a change or transition for an individual, and finding a better path forward for a group.
