Every change, challenge, and transition is an opportunity. My goal as a coach is to help my clients recognize these opportunities and find greater success and enjoyment in their lives and careers.I am a true global nomad. I grew up in the Amazon jungle of Peru before leaving home to earn an MBA in Chicago before travelling the world, living in eight countries over the course of a 25+ year career in talent management, leadership development, and Human Resources management. I have worked with individuals at all levels in companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins Inc., Eaton Corporation, and Honeywell International – from individual contributor to Executive Vice President – and with teams – from production operators to senior leaders driving multi-billion dollar strategic plans.

In 2018, a major organization change offered me the opportunity to follow my dream to concentrate full-time on enabling individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential as a Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer. My areas of expertise include:
