Danny is passionate about teaching organizational behavior, leadership and resiliency.Danny R. Doucette, MBA, MPA, ACC is a Certified Life Coach and Executive Coach with over 30 years of Leadership consultant. Prior to Danny working with Leadership Foundry, he coached leaders within the government service to include Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. Danny coached thousands of people through pro-bono work as a way of paying back with his servant attitude. He also partnered with several universities and colleges and taught Organization Behavior for 12 years and continues as a consultant towards these universities and colleges. With his Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice, MBA in Management and MPA in Human Resources, makes him highly qualified to coach in organizational behavior at the C-suite level. He is certified as a Life Coach and a member from the largest International Coaching Federation organization in the world. In addition, he is a retired law enforcement police officer with the New York City Police Department and has served during the attacks of September 11th, 2001.

(Retired) Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) and Commandant/Chief Academic Officer in the United States Air Force, he is highly qualified in leading teams of teams, and is enjoys training and development of clients. He has been featured in several news and video articles about his time spent in military uniform as first ever to hold a prestigious position at this Academy.

Danny is passionate about teaching organizational behavior, leadership and resiliency towards all aspects of government and business clients. His 9/11 has been widely heard amongst clients which has been requested hundreds of times. Danny is a servant leader and enjoys coaching clients all around the world.
