I have now been supporting the HR needs of small businesses over the past 5 years, when I started HR Advantage Group. This provides a perspective into the world of entrepreneurship, beyond what I already have learned from my parents.

For some, this may mean using an assessment tool to uncover hidden strengths or opportunities. For others, we may dive into an immediate challenge you are facing.
