Finally, I believe that coaching success should be measured by the attainment of concrete results — results that are determined by you, the client, and achieved by you with the wisdom, support and guidance of a qualified, sensitive coach. I feel privileged to be that coach for my clients!

MY CREDENTIALS

My most valuable — and appreciated — credential is my own career and life experience. I bring over 20 years of professional executive management experience to my coaching. I have ‘walked the walk’ in business, not-for-profit and higher education settings. I’m also a father, and husband of over 30 years. I have found that I draw upon my perspective and experience frequently in coaching, and my clients tell me it is often quite useful.

MY STYLE/APPROACH

I am smart, but not ‘intellectual’. I have a good sense of humor, and I believe even important conversations can also be comfortable and “easy”, and fun. When coaching, I isten with my whole person. I tune into what you are saying, and how you are saying it. I’ve been told I am very perceptive and intuitive. I speak openly and freely when I have something to share. I value effective communication, both as a listener and a speaker.
