Cindy has over 17 years in Humans Resources. She coaches clients to be strong, emotionally intelligent leaders. I’ve been in many leadership positions starting with my career in the Navy. I’ve experienced great and horrible bosses, and there have been times when I’ve been either a great boss, or a not so great boss. Lucky for my awesome clients, and because of my experiences, I am a highly skilled leadership coach.These experiences have formed my unique perspective on being a leader, and being a leadership coach.

As a coach, I offer a deep understanding of today’s work environment for leaders. I offer individual and group leadership or executive coaching. I have a number of tools that we can access including CCL 360 degree feedback, DiSC, and Perspectives.

As a mentor coach, I offer instructive, useful feedback. Also, tips on how to build a coaching business.

All leaders must mentor others.
