It was at that point she had her own “aha” moment, finally able to put a name to her career and passion. She started her coaching business in 2002, when people asked what “sport” she coached. Since then she has experienced many transitions in coaching, in her business and especially in her life.

Francine’s vision through ACT, LLC, is being an active force empowering people to unselfishly and unapologetically live their life openly, honestly, boldly, and humorously. She does this through coaching, training, speaking and connecting; blazing the trail for redefining rules/guidelines, transforming your life by living your truth transparently. She has trademarked the term, “Simply Complex”. Her motto is to simplify what we complicate and take the complicated and simplify it. Humans are so humorous!
