She held various senior administrative roles in both public and private organizations including Vice President Academic to a Community College, and Executive Account Director in the IT industry. Marderé also taught various topics in Business Leadership and Administration at various universities. Her experience gives her a solid foundation in executive leadership, strategic planning and execution, organizational performance management and evaluation, developmental coaching; and facilitation.

As a coach, Marderé specializes in coaching executives in transition (promotion or new company) to step into their roles with confidence, accelerating their effectiveness in their new roles. She is also a remedial coach helping professionals reduce conflict and develop productive beliefs and behaviors. She is very perceptive and supportive and develops rapport and trust with her clients with ease. She is committed to challenging her clients to achieve their goals, get out of their own way, and grow on purpose with clarity and confidence.

In my coaching practice, I have developed extensive resources to support the leadership development of new, growing, or experienced leaders. Our leadership coaching programs have four pillars:
• Scientific foundations: work, frameworks, and constructs based on original research done by relevant scholars (pure or applied)
• Skills: Professional training, and continuous learning of each coach.
• Self: Experience and knowledge accumulated over 25 years of leadership and management experience.
• Knowledge of the client: Extensive insight into the client’s strengths and weaknesses, aspirations, and goals.

Rate: $250-499 per hour
