When called for in the situation, I integrate mindfulness concepts, drawing on my background and skill in teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. In the context of my coaching relationships, building skill in mindfulness helps my clients increase their skill in directing their attention and minimizing distracted thinking; calming the chaos of their inner experience; and generally reducing stress reactivity.

I develop and deliver professional and personal development workshops that can be scaled to suit varied time requirements and cohort sizes, from short lunch and learn venues for very large groups to extended customized workshops for senior leaders. My workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions often go deeply into the following concepts: Managing conflict, developing people (including feedback delivery, delegation, and instilling accountability in people who report to you); developing clarity of thinking, especially in situations where challenging life and career decisions are being made; stepping into new career challenges that require rapid personal growth; managing stress reactivity and creating balance; and developing internal confidence and embodying confident leadership capabilities in interactions with others.
