Her passion for coaching and mentoring stems from over 15 years as an executive sales, marketing and management professional within Siemens, Schneider Electric and Medtronic Corporations. She is also the Co-Founder of ASPIRE, a Medtronic employee resource group for professional development, mentoring and coaching opportunities for women. She is an accredited coach in the International Coaching Federation, a CTI Co-Active Coach®, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean, Affiliate of Harvard Medical School. She also holds an advisor and mentorship role for the Junior League of Minneapolis and board member for the International Coaching Federation Minnesota Chapter. She is a member of the GIVING WoMN organization, and continues to provide volunteer work in the community. Kim holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the Loyola University Graduate School of Business.
