Building on 25 years of operational and coaching experience at Intel Corporation, he formed his own coaching and consulting company in June 2016 focusing on rapid and sustainable performance optimization for high value teams and their leaders.

Andy blends his extensive executive IT and business experience with professional individual and team coaching skills to help leaders and their organizations to develop strategy and effectively coordinate action to achieve breakthrough results. His coaching extends beyond ‘what to change’ to help organizations adopt the behaviors and critical skills necessary to deliver improved performance and achieve desired outcomes.

He works with clients in a variety of industries and positions from CEO to individual entrepreneurs starting their first business. Clients most often work with Andy to navigate a period of change or to break out of their current situation to achieve enhanced results.

He is a leading advocate for diversity and inclusion, recognizing that teams and organizations are simply at their best when everyone has the opportunity to bring their full selves to their work and play.

Andy held numerous roles in the Information Technology and Finance functions at Intel. Most recently, he was the General Manager of the CIO Strategy Office, where he was responsible for creation and execution of IT strategy, the advancement and employee engagement of the 6,000 person global IT organization, and the marketing of IT products and services to the Intel user community. He was appointed Diversity and Inclusion Champion for Intel’s global IT organization at the start of 2015.
