Humanity has been asking these questions since the dawn of consciousness. My coaching approach helps clients discover their answers to those core questions. I have redefined Vision, Purpose, and Values in a way that is self-empowering and transformational.

With the confidence that comes with greater clarity, you will step forward more boldly, take more risks, and build on your strengths. You will expand your capacities for more energy, more creativity, greater joy, increased prosperity, and well-being.
I work primarily with entrepreneurs, executives, and collaborative work teams, as well as providing coaching skills training and mentoring for leaders, managers, and professional coaches.
I founded the Living Your Vision® process in 1992, a transformational process for learning to live and work in greater alignment with who you are at your essence.
In 1997 I founded the Academy for Coach Training, one of the first schools accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I am recognized internationally as a pioneer of the coaching profession — a founding executive board member of ICF, and first executive director of the Association for Coach Training Organizations (ACTO).
In November 2012, I was awarded the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award, ICF Chapter Washington State.
